A LEAD is essentially a prospect who searched the web and found your services. They visited your website, found your offer interesting enough to contact you—either by writing or calling directly. LEADS are unique , they will never be resold to anyone and if you manage to turn them into a client, you will have no commission to pay . On top of that, here are a few features of the LEADS you’ll receive:
- A prospect who calls, texts, or writes 4, 5, or even 10 times still only counts as one LEAD.
- A text message, an email, or a phone call is considered a LEAD.
- LEADS always come from the area you cover.
- Even if you don’t make a sale to the referred prospect (LEAD), it will still be billable as a LEAD.
- All incoming calls will be recorded.
