LLLeads.com is a company based in Quebec, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our Platform and services, in compliance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25 / Bill 25) and other applicable laws.
1. Person in Charge of Personal Information
For any question or to exercise your rights, contact: info@llleads.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, business name, email, phone number, address, encrypted password, billing details (we do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by our payment processor), campaign content, and contact lists you supply.
- Lead and communication data: incoming and outgoing phone calls (including call recordings), text messages, emails, and form submissions generated through the Services.
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device data, usage data, cookies, and identifiers.
- From third parties: information shared by identity or service providers (e.g., Google) or partners.
3. Call Recording
Incoming and, where applicable, outgoing calls handled through the Platform may be recorded for quality, billing, lead verification, and service-improvement purposes. Clients are responsible for ensuring that appropriate notice and consent requirements are met with respect to recorded calls.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to: create and manage accounts; provide, operate, and improve the Services; generate and deliver leads; run SMS, voice, email, and AI-assisted campaigns; process payments; send transactional and (with consent) promotional communications; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with: the Client to whom a lead belongs; service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (e.g., telephony, messaging, payment, and AI providers); authorities when legally required; and in connection with a business transaction.
6. Cross-Border Transfers
Some providers may be located outside Quebec or Canada. Where information is transferred outside Quebec, we conduct appropriate privacy assessments and put contractual protections in place.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain sessions, store preferences, and analyze use of the Platform. You can configure your browser to limit or refuse cookies.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here or to meet legal and tax obligations, after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized.
9. Security
We implement reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal information; withdraw consent; request de-indexing or portability; and file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information. We generally respond within 30 days.
11. Minors
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 14. Information collected from such individuals will be deleted.
12. Automated Processing
We may use automated rules and AI-assisted tools to qualify or classify leads (for example, to estimate whether a communication is a genuine lead). These tools support, but do not solely make, decisions producing significant legal effects.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Updates are posted here with a revised date; significant changes will be communicated by email or through the Platform.
